ATC Mediation Services

There are many great services out there for renters, free of charge to those who qualify. One of those services is mediation, intervention, and assistance with lease related issues, provided by the Austin Tenants Council. Crisis Intervention- They will mediate for renters who have been illegally evicted, utilities shut off, or had personal property seized. Rental Repair Assistance- Helps low income renters enforce their rights for needed repairs that could pose a threat to safety.
